Just a thought; if you're using it as a pattern, be very careful to check that it hasn't been bent. A lot of these get jacked on the beam during servicing or tyre changing. This is strictly prohibited by Fiat and is known to throw the beam out of alignment. If you can see obvious distortion or jacking marks, don't trust it.
If you can see it on the donor car and it's still got its rear tyres, look for uneven wear, and be doubly suspicious if you find any. Even on brand new cars, some were sufficiently at the end of the permitted tolerance that it was never possible to get a decent 4 wheel alignment.
