General WANTED Fiat Ducato 199 1.9TD right hand drive speedo cable - any advice

I am really struggling to find a speedo cable for my motorhome.
It's a Fiat Ducato Swift Sundance 520.
Built 1999
It's a 1.9 TD engine
Right hand drive

The old cable is rusted onto the speedo drive, I got a new drive but I've been unable to find a new cable.
I can't get the cable copied because the end has rusted onto the speedo drive.

It is out of the gearbox and cannot go back in.

Any ideas what I can do here?

I've tried about a dozen parts suppliers and breakers...Ebay, Google...nobody seems to have it.
Any obscure suppliers or breakers in the UK or who ship to the UK I could try?

If you can measure the length, and supply a picture of the connectors at each end,
