The OP's Doblo is a 2008, so it wouldn't be the same as the Combo C of that era.
The Combo D (based on the Doblo 263, available from late 2009 on) wasn't available until 2012.
As a guide the later version had the extended headlamps along the wing and yes Vauxhall versions were a few years behind.
Equally so Some Doblos kept the old shape to around 2010 or later, but the two 2010 ones I have are the later shape and indeed match the 2014 Vauxhall Combo I also have.
It's always worth check as vehicles sometimes sit in showrooms and are late registered.
In the 1970s working at a Mazda Dealership we had a problem getting the correct part from stores for a B1600 pick up, the owner was quite upset when he discovered his had been sat in showroom for two years before he bought it.
