Lesson 1. What model is the Ducato base vehicle. i.e x230, x244, x250, or x290? To find out, look at the VIN number, either on the vehicle plate, or in the V5C registration document. It will fave the form xxx230nnnnnn, or similar. The registration number is of little use to members outside UK, and the year of registration may be later than that of manufacture.
Lesson 2. What engine is fitted? Commonly it will be turbocharged and intercooled, but not always so with earlier vehicles.
