Technical Vibrations in Break pad & Clutch problem

Hello guys,​

Facing some issues with my 1.9D Palio,:yuck:​

1) While changing the Gear from 2nd to 3rd even if the Clutch is fully
pressed RPM keep rising and falls down after 2-3 seconds. I guess
this should not happen RPM should drop down as soon as we press the
clutch.​

2) Last 1 week I can feel some vibrations when I apply the brakes.
Previously it was smooth. Now I can sense little bit of vibrations.​

Can anyone tell me what is going wrong:idea:? Any particular maintenance I should look out for. My 5K maintenance is due in this July. Should I wait till July and continue to use the car as it is? or get it recitfied ASAP.
Need some technical details & solution for these problem.​

Issue 1 - possibly release bearing

Issue 2 - Your brake rotors have probably warped/bent.

However, first check, replace and bleed your brake/clutch fluids as this may cause both issues (Before you test the expensive issues in 1,2 above)
