Hi,

I have a Marea Weekend 1.9 JTD, 2002. and it vibrates at speeds over 75/80 mph. Vibrations does not increase when accelerating over those speeds, they are constant for as much as I dared to go. I've changed front tires, did the tire balancing and front wheels tracking, but nothing changed.

Could it be that rear tires are causing it?

I've also noticed that it seems that vibrations are gone when there 2-3 persons in the car.

Rear tyres can cause this, could be a bleb on one of the tyres

Hi,

If bleb is a bobble ( :) ), I've checked for those, and found nothing of ordinary.

Probably still wheels. I had similar with my almera. new tyres and the rear end vibrated. They balanced some wheels without spiggot rings on the alloys. It was the rear wheels that was the cause. Very little else would cause this problem, either balancing, buckled damaged wheel or a 'bleb?'

Errrrr..., sorry, what is 'buckled damaged wheel'?

99% sure it is balance happened to me before when I kerbed it and knocked the weight out on the wheel. Take it to your local tyre garage and they will charge ou between £10-20 to balance all the tyres.

I get this too. Im just too lazy to get all my wheels balanced. Will have to stick my alloys back on soon!
