I have a loud vibration that comes from what sounds like the near side rear when reversing.

It's not the exhaust, I've checked that. I've also checked the shock that side by freeing off the top bolt and checking for normal operation. Springs are a bit tired but in one piece.

Strangely when reversing with fairly low revs it's quite loud. At higher revs it disappears.

I know how deceptive locating sound can be from inside. Any ideas welcome. Engine mounts?

Hi,
it couid be the 'Dogbone.. (main culprit..as its not a mount in theory..id class it as a Engine roll restrictor,.

the gearbox mount couid have 'issues too,(hard to guess,)

best to do the Grab sump and rock 'test... and see if theres any movement in the engine..before condeming parts tho.

Its worth atry.

if it is the Dogbone failing.. get it swapped out sooner-rather than later.
when they start failing..the Flexy part on the exhaust..end's up taking alot of stress.

there is a metal support bracket..near flexi.. these normaly rattle loose.
