Technical Vibrating Noise

Hi,

I have a 1.4 GP '06 plate and I am having a problem with a vibrating/creaking noise.

It only seems to happen in low gears/low speeds and is very loud, sounds like its coming from in the middle underneath towards the front of the car (but not near the engine). It happens whether I am driving straight or round corner and is especially loud uphill. It doesn't happen in reverse and when I take by foot off the accelerator it will stop.

I've taken it to two mechanics, one couldn't find anything wrong! and the other said I needed a new exhaust - which I have replaced but made no difference.

I would really appreciate any suggestions as not sure what to do next.

Try seeing if its the strut bar underneath catching on the exhaust or there is a heat shield at the rear of the car, try tightening the spinning threads, wheel arch liners etc.
