Hi all. Just had 1.2 8V cylinder head skimmed and valves seated/sealed.
Now the camshaft is reassembled, the clearances to the valve 'buckets' have tightened (presumably by the amount of grinding?) The tightest is 0.38 and they vary between this and 4.6.
Question is, will this be a problem? Is it something that will sort itself out or do I need to buy new shims for the 'buckets' or whatever they're called?
