General using connect nav phone

just wanted to make shaw. do you have to have your sim card still in its full card form to put it in the slot or can you put it in like you would a normal phone

Do you not have a SIM card holder with the unit?

You have two choices - get a new SIM and don't remove it from its full card form or grab hold of a card holder [got any Abarths for sale near you ]

The SIM will not fit in any other way...
