General uphill speed of cinq

hey went for a spin other day an weve got this mad mile near my house
well i went for speed down the hill an got the cinq upt 85, cud av gone faster but had t break coz of slow grandad in front.
then i turnedaround an went bk up the hill an got up t 87 but coudnt do no more
jus wonderin wat all u guys av got up t
by the way thats wi jus the standard 1.1 engine no mods.

i done 60 up the rhuallt hill coming back from rhyl , i have to boot it way before it though to have any chance of getting up the hill without changing down a gear

No offence, but I hope that's a dual carriageway or a motorway. Must remember not to drive through Bradford.

lol @ 'mad mile'... if it is a mile of road which is mad, , aren't the police quite hot on it?

I second what ms said, them speeds should be only done on suitable roads.

I think i have done 95 uphill on the m20 before, it prolly would of done a lil more tbh.

ive done about 58-60 in my 899 cinq up a pretty steep hill was impressed as i completely lost this brand new corsa that was behind me with this lad in it trashing the hell out of it.

If I said I was a murderer would it be ok because it's my problem and I will get into trouble for it....no! It affects us all.

This thread is silly anyway, it's a "how long is my piece of string" thread! Are we talking slightly incline of 0.005% or full on 10%? Exactly...

calm down people sorry for asking, the hill is actually very steep and anyone in yorkshire this mad mile is at the side of willow valley golf course on teh way down into clifton an brighouse from scholes.
