General Updated sat nav disks for Puto HGT

Hello.

A friend of my wife has a lovley 2001 Punto HGT with standard fit satnav / stereo.

She stayed over last week and knowing my love for Italian cars, she asked me if it would be possible to update the maps.

I don't know the exact details of the car as she didn't have it with her. Does anyone know if it is possible to get updates and if so, how is it done & what's the cheapest it can be done for?

That would be cool!

She bought the car to bail her son out of a tight financial spot & intended to sell it soon after (she had a Megane).

After a week in the Punto the Megane went instead

I've done some more digging.

The disk has "CD Digital data, Tele Atlas Navigation. 1999 - 1, G7, Great Britain, ETAK quality MAPS, Travel Blaupunkt" written on it.

The handbook describes the unit as "Blaupunkt Satellite Sound / Navigation system with Sub Woofer sound system".

It's also got an autochanger and this was recently replaced due to a break in!

Would be well happy & grateful if anyone can help her out.
