Girlfriends Bravo 1.2SX has problems starting , replaced the HT leads and battery seems ok but it labours to start. Has been serviced regularly too.

I have a 1.6 Marea and it comes to life instantly from cold.

Any ideas greatly appreciated??

How does the starter turn, slow or normal ?

Could be the plugs.

my 1.4 sx always starts first time but always seems like its struggling to start.

Starting sounds fine, it just takes 2-3 turns before it bites. When the engine is warm it is fine, it only happens in the morning when cold.

When were the plugs last done? Age and milage would help.
