Hi All,

I have a plan to build a motor with below configuration:
1. Engine block of and gearbox of Uno Mk1 1301 Carburettor
2. Head of Uno turbo Mk2
3. Piper fast road cam and piper valve spring
4. Aftermarket engine management, most probably I will use Haltech Platinum Sprint 500

I am aware that I need to lower down the compression ratio. Please advice:
1. First of all, Is it possible to build this config of motor? Anyone has tried it?
2. How to lower down the compression? by changing the piston? thicker head gasket?

Currently I am running a stock of Uno Turbo Mk2, except 192cc/min injector of M52 BMW motor, manual boost controller safe up to 1.1bar (above 1.1bar, detonation occurred), 121.6 WHP (on wheel horse power) with best run of 1/4 mile of 16.937secs (too much spin, and lack of suspension).

I want to have an extreme motor development, but don't want to destroy my current engine block. And here only available engine of Mk1 1301 carb.

Looking forward advices and thanks in advance.
