Technical uno electronics will only go on when choke is pulled out

Uno lights, hooter, dashbord gauges wont come on unless i pull the choke out a lil bit...engine starts fine...whatncould be the problem

Probably a loose connection. Check the positive cable (red) in the engine bay that is attached to the battery terminal. It has a big white / black plastic clip that could be loose. I once had the same problem with my Uno and that connector was the culprit
