General Ulysse Climate Control

I have a 1998 2.0el petrol. My climate control has been has been working as a normal heater since system seized up last year. Now i cant get any hot air in car. Buttons all work and fan adjusts speed depending on temperature set. Hoses leading to back of dash are hot but nothing coming through. Anyone got any ideas?

Did the tip work ? I ask as it sounds identical to my problem.
If so how exactly is it done, ie what wires to short etc.
