General Ulysse balljoints!!

Hi
Anybody else read in FEB Car Mechanics (Ear to the Ground) about the failure of the balljoints on Ulysse's?
I had to replace one of mine last year and I'm interested to see how willing FIAT dealers are to check to see if the work has been done. Anyone had similar experiances getting info from them?
