Technical Uconnect issues

Hi all, I have a 2021 Fiat Tipo cross, I have tried to link the Uconnect app to my car the app says it can find my car however Uconnect is not enabled on my car. Please can anyone advise me on this. I'm told it's not enabled on new models, is this true. Thanks

Been told today by my dealer that they have stopped using Uconnect app with the new Tipos.

Is that because they have Apple Car play/Android Auto instead ?

Your not miss anything the app dosnt really offer any useful features
