General Type 192

Hi all

Any ideas as to which year of Stilo would be referred to as a type 192, i cant say ive ever come across anything that tells me???

try typing 'type 192 Stilo' into Google - the answers are there - looks like it was the code-word for the whole Stilo project. Is 192 km/h max speed of the JTD???

192 is FIAT's reference for the Stilo, as 182 is for the Bravo/a. I think the Punto is 188. It applies to ALL years of that model, and stays with the car for its life, unless a major modificaion occurs (e.g. Stilo MY04's are still 192, but the Mk2 Punto has a different type code than the Mk1, but the Mk2.5 comes under the Mk2).

You'll notice your chassis number will be ZFA192000xxxxxxxx
