Twin exhausts? Both looks and tech opinions needed

Why in LL? Cos it applies to any car, plus more people look here.

Basically, I DONT want a twin exhaust (one either side) on the cinq. On future cars I do, just love the look of them. I dont want massive tailpipes, just two of them, preferably integrated into the bumper, and perhaps oval shaped, but not like some of the ma-husive ones out there.

But what do they sound like? And do they really sap power?

Sounds vary from exhaust to exhaust as normal, power wise they *can* sap power, esp on turbo cars

Well as nice as a turb would be, I would probably go for something like an ITB VTEC engine next. So thats ok, I would only be gettin the needed thickness pipe and normal back boxes as well, just want

1) The looks

2) The subtle growl until you floor it then its a roar

Well this is my twin exit exhaust on my Stilo Abarth. It didn't change the original sound too much, just gave it a deaper burble and really growls when I put my foot down. This is a sound file here.

I felt my car was more responsive after having it fitted.
