map sensor pipe?

tells the ecu whether fuel is there or not so the ecu can send fuel in, sometimes it gets a bit blocked and therefore the ecu doesn't send anymore fuel in, and no fuel means no spark, fixitagaintommorrow would be the bloke to ask about it, i think you just take it off and give it a good blow with the air pipe down the local garage, but don't do it without checking with him first!

Map sensor is on the nearside at the rear of the engine compartment. It has a thin plastic pipe going from it to the rear of the manifold. The plastic pipe is secured to the sensor and the manifold by rubber pipes. Carefully remove the pipe and make sure that air passes throu it.

Hi, Just a thought. check the main loom connector at the front of the engine bay. I had a similar problem with mine, and I think it as caused by a bad (corroded) conection on this connecter.
