Technical Tuning a MAREA 1,6 ?

I am an owner of a MAREA sedan 1,6 - 103 HP (November 2000 model) with just 12K from brand new.
I want to have a litle more power from the engine (maybe chip ?).
Does anyone know which is the best way for a cheap increasing at power ?(I am looking for just a 10-15 % increasing).
If yes where can i find the parts needed ?
