I bought a Fiat Uno today. It has a Uno 60 badge on the back. The registration papers says its YOM is 1987 and the engine capacity is 1100cc. The plate on the engine has the following info:
Engine 146A4.000
Version 146AZ45A
No. for spares 1978535
Can someone here let me know what exactly the model is? Thanks in advance.

it's a Mk1,
the UK ones were termed "60S"

has it got 4..or 5 forward gears..??

It's a 4 forward

Yes it's a mk1 Uno 60. 60 refers roughly to the bhp of the 1116cc engine - it was 58 if I recall correctly. The S had better trim and the 5 speed gearbox, so you have a nice basic one.
