Drove through Ealing about an hour ago and there is a HUGE police presence there.
With Gucci, Prada and Versace frames at £200-£300 a pop it makes more sense to your average ebay entrepreneur than looting Primark! Small enough items to walk out with a lot too, beats trying to get a 40 inch plasma screen home without being noticed.
Good stuff. At least one of these scum got killed. Now they just need to start killing them till the rest of the scum get the idea.
Think ebay needs a recipts or dust policy for next year on all possibilly looted items

My prediction is that tonight you will see the law taken in to the hands of people wanting to protect their own property. Expect to see some very angry people chasing some very surprised pond-life back to the holes they have emerged from. This will throw up some very interesting mulicultural dynamics.
I wasn't saying that I recommend it. I can just see that it will happen.Some people are going to lose their lives defending their own property though.
One of the effects of a multi-cultural country is that we have many businesses owned by recent arrivals, and frankly they are not used to police just standing watching (and I am not blaming the police rank and file at all, I am sure they would love to get stuck in).
Imagine if you were Polish, or Turkish for example and you have come here and are running a shop that you own. You employ people and pay tax, National Insuraance etc. Then one night you find yourself surrounded by avaricious, lazy good-for nothing scrounging wanna be's, and you see your business wrecked before your eyes. If you were Britisg you would shrug your shoulders, be very angry, but stoical, and call your insurance company. But if you are a Turk (for example), I think the next night you might well be there with a few cousins and a means of defence (or two).
Oh I understand, I think people should protect their property, it's just the inevitable conseqence which worries me.
The same kind of people who celebrated Raul Moat as some kind of hero because he tried to kill a policeman, sat in his car, succeeded in blinding him, and shot and killed several other innocent people, before killing himself.

Yes you are probably right. I have seen these riots before, and they gradually run out of steam as the perpetrators get bored. The big difference nowadays though is twitter etc.Some people are going to lose their lives defending their own property though.
I do not know the full extent of peoples comments throughout this thread but my view on all this mayhem is pure disgust and hatred for all these little pathetic low life s***s who have no purpose and should all be ........
