General Total Cinq Madness??

This page is dedicated to the Lancia Y10. Notice it looks virtually identical to the Cinq side on....

It uses a 1050cc engine from a Fiat 127. A Turbo version too.

Seems a good idea to me that a car using a Fiat engine looking like a Cinq overall, is just a clone of that car, non?

Ideas on whether the turbo unit of the Y10 (Fiat 127) would slide easily into a Cinq? Its got 1L/85BHp!!!

probably woudn't be that hard to do but as you say finding one let alone a good one would be tricky.fixit's turbo has got me yearning for a turbo conversion,just a small matter of finding the funds[V]

I think it looks more like a panda. I've seem the mazda before though and not just in pictures.

Its the door handle that makes it look like a Cinq. Defo a combination of a Cinq and a Panda though.....

Y10 was around way before the cinq, and it wasn't galvanised so rotted away.

Ive seen pleanty of the 121's going around.

I noticed that about the Lancia too last year. I think it looks similar too. There is always one parked alongside the Belmont House Hotel in Leicester.
