IoM has a totally different jurisdication to GB, which is way he can get away with it. Although having an accident may have other serious consequences.....

What link?! I read it more and sort of decided it was more for NI. Anyway, if he was pulled for dangerous driving he surely could be arrested? I am not talking about speeding fines etc. because they are based on your driving license right? Does that mean the French can come here and do the same?

Maybe you and Sammi were at risk, and if the car was to have a blow out, say, and ended up down some enbankment, and then a paramedic had to get to you with a rope, and.......

The French do that - you look on the Dover motorway - all the Brits slow down for every single speed camera, yet all the frogs overtake at speed because they know they won't be caught by a camera. It is only different when us Brits go to their country.

My clock recorded 105 on the way back from Plymouth in my standard Cinq Sporting. Thought the dash was gonna fall off with the amount of noise it was making!!!

I think that it is pretty accurate, our TOM TOM actually gives a slower speed than our speedo.

Yeah might try and borrow my friends snooper thingy as that as speed and use them both together....

Was your speed only limited by the gearing then? Get the novitec longer 5th gear for better track speeds
