That is one of the best examples of tasteful Tipo modification. A beauty and hope you will be bringing it to a meet sometime so we can all share

pretty sure they are standard on some of the 'grales those wheels or at least very similar.
Tipo's are growing on me atm, and seeing ones this good only makes it worse, top stuff mate

The wheels are Lancia, but not integrale EVO as they are 5 stud fitment,earlier integrale's 8V/16V had 4 studs, but the telephone dial type wheels. These are Delta HPE wheels, the later FWD Delta that was never sold in UK, 2L 16V turbo 195bhp similar to the original Coupe.
