Technical tipo 5dr - replacing a sill

Looks like I'll need to replace a sill on my Tipo for the MOT . Anyway, I've been told that I may be able to get such a thing as a 'skin' sill which will work out cheaper both to buy and to fit.

Anybody know about this, or know where I may be able to get one at a decenty price?
