I have Tipo 1.4 i.e. '91. with 160A1.046 engine in it with bosch monojetronic , and my city fuel consumption is always over 13l/100km, but in all magazines tests it's very poor 7-9l/100km
I have replace potenciometar and injection case with Cu-plate in it on throttle body on Bosch Monojetronic injection and value of voltage on it are :
2 pin and eart on throttle closed 0,6-0,7V
2 pin and earth on throttle fully opend 4,5-4,8V
3pin and earth on throttle closed 0,1-0,2V
3 pin and earth on throtle fully opend 1,5-1,8V insted of 4V like thay said it should be
there are 4 pin when you disconeccted potenciometar, and 2 and 3 are in the midlle , 2nd is one closer to you when you stand in front of the car, and mesurement you must do when car is swich on, just pull out the rubber of conector and measure !
and now does someone have the same injection to chek his voltage (this injection are on several Fiat models, tempra 1.4i.e, 1.6 i.e , panda, uno...) , and what should I do abuout it ?
and one more question, when you start car in the morning at which rev. it idiling when it's start and it's cold ?
