from the help guides i'm presuming it's the tappets, but not being very mechanically minded in the slightest,

what exactly are they?

and how much is it gonna cost me at a garage to have them changed? (as i know mechanics can spot ppl like me and know they can charge what they want)

theres nothing to rallycinqs method its just like doing 2 oil changes ecept one is with deisel.haynes manual will guide you through it
