Right, strange one here.

My Punto 60 (Maybe 75) Throttle Body has a problem....its not on the car!

One of the brass barbed connections has been sawn off by the numpty that took it out the scrapped car..

It looks as though(or Im presuming) its pressed in. I reckon If I could drill accurately (I cant), I could drill it out then press in a copper or brass pipe (matched for diameter but w\o barb) to replace it. I cant be arsed finding another TB, and I cant afford to buy one!![V]

Im not using an induction kit.

Its not vacuum or fuel feed!
Its the back coolant feed!

Who connect the coolant lines to the TB anyways unless you live in a very cold place. I diconnected mine on a 300zx while i was in Canada and only change was a rougher idle on cold days until engine warmed up(yes it is the same Z i have now):D.

What Bypass it full stop?

As in both front and back feeds?

Erm. Slight prob....

Just found its not the coolant hose as I stated before. Its the Charcoal Filter Line.

Could I just double up on another vacuum port, or use the hot \ cold air selector?
