Technical Throttle body confusion

The 1.2 throttle body has been fitted to me car (1108) but its idling at 1500> which isn't right.
The throttle cable is adjusted properly and the car has been driven about today, so what could be up??

Sounds like the little hoses on the back are on the wrong connections, or you've left one open?

(had them the wrong way round on mine to begin with and it does what you said)
