he's exaggerating a lot, they arent that bad, i've had it all over my body, even directly on my teeth, its really not that bad. the first few times are the worst because you expect it to be, after the 100th blast you dont even flinch.
and that guy's cant have been very powerful if it needs a metal surface to carry the arc, it should have a solid blue static arc even when nothing is near it.

the summer of 98 was very boring and my mate silly dave is very silly.
I know loads of people that have used a stungun on themselves including me.
