Styling The ugliest restyled Barchetta ever?

You know, I actually don't mind that. An enormous amount of work, barely recognisable as a Barchetta. My six year old boy would love it - it's like one of his HotWheels come to life!

Yes, I wouldn't say it's within the ugliest restyled Barchetta Category as the only thing left Barchetta is the shape of the dash.

Couldn't agree more. And whilst the french fibreglass coupe offering earlier in the thread isn't a bad execution, it still isn't as elegant as the original car. Why oh why mess with something that looks so great already? The only thing I would change on the B is.... the digital clock (because it looks like it came from a christmas cracker and slapped on the dashboard as an afterthought). Everything else is so well considered and pleasing to the eye.

I like the 'coupe' hard top and it looks like a clever arrangement so the trunk lid still works but t means the rear window looks too high. Maybe if the rear window was extend on to the roof, making it a sun roof would look better. The rear end of the Lotus Elise, I think, would be a good solution.

The unicorn classic we'd all like so our gorgeous little soft tops can hide away in a garage for the winter! I'd want mine in the same yellow though, and only one of these exists
