as some of you may be aware we are expecting a baby :slayer:

so a 3 door is no longer practical. given the history of my stilo how best do you think i should sell it? and for what price?

was thinking about:

getting the remap removed
exchange induction (with anyone interested) for standard
put existing bumper back on and sell ms design bumper separately

due to chavs the aerial was snapped off so it needs a new base. should i repair this first.

i really have no idea lol i have only ever part exd cars with dealers.

already have a new car on the way. S reg Audi A4 1.8T 4 doors and should be a lot more reliable (especially if i dont mess with it in any way  )

wow S reg?! you're going back in time!

is the stilo fully functional now?

for what its worth and the work involved, i dont think you need to fix the aerial. i've seen some shocking stilo prices on autotrader recently :(

i'd be interested in the induction :)

EDIT: oh and whats wrong with a 3 door stilo and a baby? it has isofix everything :p

S reg i know but it can rival the extras in the stilo. and i couldn't believe how quiet it is inside. also feels very solid and smooth to drive. :)

how often have you got in and out of the back of the stilo. its a nightmare. as if the seats dont go forward enough.

is your standard induction in tact? pm me if your interested (y)

Weve got a 14 month old, and I sold my Punto HGT for a 3dr Abarth. Its not that much of a chore at all. Especially when they are newborn you just take the whole seat out

I can actually get in the back to put the little guy in his seat and im 6ft2. It was a lot harder in the punto as you had to reach inside so the stress on my shoulders/back was bad.

Either way, good luck with the little un!

Dan

PS. If the iduction would fit an abarth and you get nothing sorted with Ozmosis, i might be interested. My induction is completely standard.

Haha. Isofix my ass. Try getting a baby in and out through the front door in a reverse mounted baby seat from the back seat. I never use the word "impossible", but here it might come in handy. :D

It's a clever idea with some extra doors when kids arrive.

Rock in, kids rule.

Too right Morten (y)

Frank's making a good move getting the extra doors

With our two children, I played dump and insisted on keeping my sporty 3 door until they were 5 & 7 years old  Once I finally changed to 5 door I then realized just how stupid I'd been not to have done it in the first place :bang:
