Hi guys, so after many years of not posting about my 899cc cinq is back on the road for a while now.
It's had new wheels, tyres, seicento sporting interior, headliner sprayed black, abarth sideskirts (front bumper still to be fitted), decatted exhaust and flame kit and most importantly new tappets.

The car now runs the best it ever has and sounds / drives great. Only a couple of things that are still annoying me though.
Although I fitted a full set of new tappets, after just 100 miles it has now started slightly tapping again. This sometimes goes but nearly every time I drive it now it taps. I have thought it may need an oil change again, or maybe it's not quite making enough oil pressure.
The other thing that has become apparent is the brakes need upgrading, I've been doing my research reading all the posts I can about them. So I've decided to go for the later design caliper because people say it's better, View attachment 183459
My only issue with this is I'm not 100% sure they will fit with my wheels. I have just put on compomotive mo5 14" with et20. Has anyone fitted bigger brakes with these wheels?
Also what do you guys thing of the little cinquecento's progress? Its been my play car for the last nearly 4 years so not had too much time / money for it.
Here's my old thread
