tut tut dave, punto was voted one of the girliest cars ever!
I think any car thats pretty fast, has got to be more of a mans car as (not beign sexist here) but MOST women arent interested in going fast in a car, just getting from a to b, i think the arosa is more the womans car tbh

Lovely car mate! I always said the lupo gti is one of the best styled cars ever made, its just so bang on in standard trim. Roanl turbo's also get a HOOOOGE

2.8 or 2.9 V6 front wheel drive was done by dub sport but as far as i know wasnt supercharged but still damn powerfull and pure v6 grunt that one started as a brand new basic 1.0 and was then fitted with a full wide arch bodykit and the engine etc after
lad over on the continent has put the polo 1.9 TDi lump in a normal shape lupo (Gti is heavily different) and it uses golf 4motion drive train to give it full four wheel drive and theres a vid somehwere of it going up a drag strip
you are so wrong theres as many girl racers out there as lads now and women are so competitive they will do almost anything to beat people in races

yep all the mods are documented on there as well

125bhp 0-60 in 8.3 and over 120mph top speed and thats standard they tune quite well :devil:

totally disagree and have been told before i brought the better one :slayer: the lupo looks cute and cuddly so gets called girly the arosa mk2 like mine in sig and avatar IMO looks mean and evil when it flies up behind you:devil:

Absoloutely love these motors - wanted one since I was 15.
Its boss although I wolud of got it in the Fusion sort of colour Green tho

last one I saw was in lime green, couldn't tear myself away from it in tesco's, just dribbled all over it :yum:
styling, keep it as is, its already perfect!!
and is that a glass roof? never knew they did that option, makes me want one MORE
as for engine conversions, the 1.6 gti is already nice to drive, much more power would upset it in corners, but more fun on the straight.
could modify existing engine as theres lots of stuff already available for them, or 1.8t conversion is damn popular now, and relatively cheap!
other engines, mmmm, don't see the point when th 1.8t is more than enough, any more weight would just destroy the handling and enjoyment of it
also, the lupo is the LAST vw that I ever liked, new gti mk5 is OK, but feels like an mpv inside
that new 'fox' is an abomination to Vdub kind
