The AA

got up yesterday morning and noticed the car sounded ruff then noticed the engine manegement light was on so i turned it of and called the AA so the guy came out and had a look a asked if he could put it on the diagnostics so he got his laptop out it said the port was ubove the throtle but he couldent find it turnd out its an old 3 pin conector and his is a new 16 pin some sevice that

To be fair you can't expect the AA to carry around adapters for all makes and models of vehicles surely?

Luckily I have only had dealings with the AA personally on one occasion and they were with my within 15 minutes and towed me 20 miles across the city to a garage of my choosing. Deal with them all the time in work however thats with customers so rarely care about what kind of service they receive.
