Couple of questions for you?
Bit of a stupid one first. Where do Bushes go on the rear suspension? I want to get a set of powerflex bushes you see, to put on while I take the suspension apart.

How low can a seicento drop on 15"s before running into real trouble.
Running 195/45 tyres.

The Powerflex bushes go on the rear arms where they connect to the rear crossmember bit. Look for some bolts with 19mm heads holding them in.
If you look under the back arch behind the wheel, you'll see the end of one of these bolts sticking out.

I have droped mine 40mm on 15s and had to roll the arches round cos was catchin all the time dont think you could go much lower as would have real dificulties been considerin trying 60mm for a bit
