Technical suspension problem

hey,
the right(passenger side) front suspension is leaking oil. it is all over the suspension arm and rods. and there is a bit of noise from front right when going over high bumps.will it be a problem. anything to do other than replacing it? done 40k

i'd check the brake pads aswell just incase some oil has contaminated them
