Technical suspension problem

my car is lowered 60/40 on fk suspension kit and i have 15" alloys and 195/50 tyres

everything was fine for the first to weeks
and then sudenly i keep hereing some noise from my front suspension...
it heres only when i drive over the holes and bumps...
the sound is like that my spring is rubbing on themself(don't know how to explane it beeter)...
when i sit in my car the spring is very tight there circles of spring is on eachother and i think that is wath is making noise its vibrating a lot

when 3-4 people drive with me that sound is very strong...

i don't know how to explane it better...i don't know even in my language explane it

i hope that someone will help me

Could be you have a broken shock absorber. Advise take it to ATS Tyres they will give you a free checkup.

shock absorber is ok...i went two days after this has started to check my suspension
everything was fine
