General sunroof.

Hi all,
Anyone know where i can get a sunroof seal for a stilo 1.6 active aircon estate with the panaramic sunroof.
Have had touble withit leaking lately with all the rain we have had and have been quoted £135 by fiat, must be somewhere cheaper.
Also have a problem over the last couple of weeks with the Alarm fault coming up when i switch ignition on,only does it if i lock the car when i get out. Ideasplease.

funny enough i have had the same problem with my alarm too, but it could be that the siren has got damp as it lives under the scuttle so i have bee told
