Technical Sump removal -advice needed urgently!!!

Hi guys. Partway through replacing rusty sump on a Doblo 1.4 '57. However there seems to be some sort of brace, 2 large bolts either side that is hanging down in front of one of the bolts-one end attached to the flywheel cover and the other to above the sump. Is this safe to remove? Feels like quite alot of tension in those bolts. Tried to get decent angle in photos.

Its attached to the sump, so has to come off. Nothing major, just 3 bolts. Be sure to put it back on though, its a gearbox brace and you don't want that moving around.

hey that sounds good , so am i right to think thats you don't need to remove manifold or other bits to drop the sump
