General Stuttering/jerking at low speed

Have a new problem that when driving the car is jerking, does not happen when I am accelarating hard or don't have my foot of the accerator, just when I have the pedal slighly down. When going over 60 m/h it goes away. Can't hear any change in the engine noise when it happens.

Only been an issue since I got it back from a mechanic who replaced the head gasket.

Anyone have an idea what is happening?

Best thing to do mate is to take it back to the garage and tell him whats been happening since he replaced it and get him to look at it for you.

I have the same problem with my sporting, But seems 10x worse when its very cold.... Its very spluttery and jerky mainly thru 2nd and 3rd gear, iv had the timing done recently.. so im also puzzled?

I have/had a similar problem, the mechanic may not have re timmed the engine properly when he/she did the head gasket. I'd be inclined to take it back and tell them to do it again before you bend your valves out of shape or something like that!
