Technical strainge noise from engine

hi all was just wondering if u can help plz.... i got my head gasket repaired on my fiat brava and now when i start up and eccelerate it seams to have a ticking noise coming and going but after ive drove for a while it goes but when i stop or start again its bak any idea wat it culd b????

what engine do you have?know some of the brava engines have probs with the oil spray bar

its a 1.4 12valve brava
