Technical Stilo Instrument Cluster flickering

My problem is that the fuel level needle and Speed needle occasionally stop instantly like doing a reboot and recover but adding 2 km at total mileage...what do you suspect.When this happens I hear a relay from the body computer...

Any thoughts?

Certainly sounds like you have an electrical issue. Check your battery health and check the contacts are clean / not corroded.

Consult your owners manual for the locations of the various relays around the area you are hearing the clicking and check / clean any relay contacts or dry joints.

Hmmm, is it possible the problem from bad earths;

Recently I replaced the negative pole which the 3 black earth cables touch the negative pole and one of them I left it loose cause the nut was bad...I will check that and tell

Yes, a poor earth is certainly a potential suspect for the symptoms your car is exhibiting.

I checked all earth/grounds, I replaced all relays and check all fuses but problem remains...Last is to check Instrument Cluster connector and try a new instrument cluster to see if the problem fixes.

If it isn't an electrical connection issue as you describe then it is likely a fault in the instrument cluster itself. They are known to fail in various ways.
