General Stilo Fascia Adaptor

anyone know where i can get one of these, without the tray/shelf at the bottom?

I know you can get single din ones, but the hole seems to be in the middle of them all. i want one where the hole is at the top or at the bottom, so i have room to fit my gauges in it.
