hey guys, when i first start my stilo abarth selespeed for like the first minute its jerky when accelerating, then its fine, no probs. also do you have a seperate dipstick 4 automatic gearbox oil. if so i cant find it and have no handbook. thanks in advance for any response. dave b

hiya,jerky when pullin away is very common in the stilo there are posts on here that you can read just go into the search menu above in the red menu bar and enter you queary
my abarth is the same a lot of people change there coil pack and plugs ,but i find waiting 5mins till revs level or pull away in 2nd gear works fine but as you will find it is a common prob
The gearbox is seperate from the selespeed (auto) you can check sele level it is the reservoir behind the battery you will need to remove your battery cover to see the fill level marks ,,there are posts/threads on here that will explain gearbox and oil better than i can they are a very helpfull and frendly bunch on this site

On the Selespeed there is an oil level "dip stick". It is located on the back/rear side of the gearbox/differential housing. Only really accessible from the underside of the car.
As pointed out above, gearbox oil and selespeed hydraulic oil/fuild are separate items.
