Technical STEREO WIRES

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on which cable I need to pin together to get this radio to work. I brought the car with the radio pre-butchered. Just trying to sus this out but can't seem to find the right setup.

I did end up having to buy a new connector which is why it's separate as the other one was tampered with.

i don't understand what is in your pictures. Are you trying to restore the original plug to its original configuration?
