Is it possible to change the stereo on the panda 2005 to one that supports playing music with an aux cable? The existing stereo doesn't look like it can be removed. Im guessing you need to buy a whole new frame for it.

You need the usual twin prong radio removal tools. Underneath you will find a double DIN space. You will need the correct cabling so talk to the Forum ICE people.

And you can buy things like this for installing an aftermarket unit.

A trawl of the internet will bring up a good selection of similar products.

ICE has come a long way since 2005.

I do like the look of a double DIN, nice installation, Txuchin. It means that big square lump in the middle of the dash makes some sense when it houses a 10" screen.

7018Bs are a cheap upgrade, and there are a range of others that will fit. If I spent more time in my car, I'd be very tempted.

Here's a video showing stereo removal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYpmr8QfAIo

In the meantime, we're making do with a bluetooth FM transmitter, which works well to play music from phone / mp3 player. Might not be what you're after, Theophrastus, but it's a cheap quick & easy solution.
